Refund Policy

1. You can reserve a single visit and an individual workout session through the Pulse Kids online platform, and payment for the respective service is required. For reservations booked at the club – the purchase of the service is made based on the availability of free spots for group activities and individual training sessions.
2. Prior to purchasing any of the services, a completed declaration of consent with the general terms and rules for visiting the Pulse Kids sports club is required.
3. The duration of a single group visit depends on the age group to which your child belongs (1-3 years – 45 minutes, 4-16 years – 60 minutes).
4. Each individual workout session has a duration of 60 minutes.
5. In the case of an individual workout session, one coach is solely responsible for the child who has purchased this service. Other participants cannot be included during the individual training session without the consent or desire of the parent.
6. With a purchased service for a single group visit, in the event of an online reservation/purchase for a specific group and time, the client has the right to cancel the reservation/purchase once, at least 1 hour before the start of the session; otherwise, the visit will be considered attended. After canceling a reservation/purchase more than 1 hour before the start of the session, the client has the right to reschedule for another day or time within 30 days. The corresponding amount from the online purchase/reservation remains in the client’s profile and can be used to purchase services offered at PulseKids within 30 days.
7. In the case of a reserved individual workout session with a no-show, the amount is not refundable.
8. Pulse Kids reserves the right to cancel an individual training session in case of an extraordinary situation that prevents its conduct. In this case, the amount for the purchased service remains in the client’s profile, and they receive a 10% discount for the next visit.
